Authorization rights

OCS signs initial PIC ROI with medical releases, school-based ROIs and Consent to Bill. Authorized caregiver retain right to make educational decisions on behalf of child. Authorized caregiver can authorize: IFSP, Consent to Evaluation, non-medical ROIs.

 

Medical RecordsOCS must sign ROI for medical records.
Transfers

The MOA between OCS and ILP permits the release of information to the new ILP without additional ROI.
